Plane

Fly into Blue Grass Airport (LEX) for the closest access to the festival. Alternatively, you can also fly into Louisville International Airport (SDF), located approximately 75 miles west of Lexington.

Rideshare

Pick-up and drop-off for Uber and Lyft is located across from 1141 Red Mile Rd, Lexington, KY 40504 and next to Bus Stop 810. Follow the instructions of traffic attendants.

Please follow instructions from parking staff and updated traffic signage. They’ll direct you to the pick-up/drop-off area.

Parking

There is no public parking available at The Red Mile during Railbird Festival weekend.

Downtown Parking

Red Mile is conveniently located a short walk from downtown Lexington! You can visit parkwhiz.com and spothero.com to preview all of the downtown parking options.

UK Transportation services will have paid festival parking available in select lots and structures on UK’s campus. Learn more here.

Bike Parking

Bike parking will be available next to the Box Office at The Round Barn. Remember to bring your own lock as they will not be provided. You are using this service at your own risk.
