We’ve compiled this guide to help you take full advantage of everything Platinum has to offer. We’ve also included essential info on our general festival details. Platinum Wristbands
Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.

Railbird Festival 2023, will take place at Red Mile Gaming & Racing, located in the heart of downtown Lexington, KY at 1200 Red Mile Road. There is only one entrance.
*NEW this year: Head to your Platinum-Only entrance, located to the right of the main entrance lanes. From here, hop on a cart and take a ride to the Platinum lounge!

Public Parking, Shuttle, and Rideshare Options
Platinum Lounge
The Platinum Lounge is your secluded oasis to relax, enjoy all-day dining and complimentary cocktails, and to receive excellent service from your premium staff and concierge. Located next to the Limestone Stage, look for the VIP/Platinum entry portal on the right side of the stage, next to the bar, and walk through VIP into the Platinum entry portal. Inside the Platinum Lounge you’ll find everything you need to make the most your Railbird weekend, including:
• Fully enclosed and air-conditioned space, beautifully decorated with a variety of seating
• Full-service bar with all-day beer, wine, seltzers, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
• Daily lunch, dinner and snacks
• Complimentary WiFi
• Air-conditioned bathrooms
• Complimentary lockers and mobile chargers, available first come, first served
• Festival Concierge — Our staff are here to assist you with any festival questions, wristband issues, festival survival supplies or anything else that comes up.

Have a drink on us at full-service bars, serving complimentary beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.Dining Offerings
No need to go hungry with delicious bites all day in the Platinum Lounge. We’ll have a selection of hand held favorites in the afternoon with an expanded range of hot and cold dishes in the evening hours, followed by late-night snacks to enjoy with the final sets of the festival. All food is served in the Café within the Platinum Lounge and will include options for those with dietary requirements.

Limestone Stage
Front-of-stage – a designated area near the front of the stage on the RIGHT if looking at stage. Access directly through the Platinum lounge.
Elkhorn Stage
Front-of-stage – a designated area near the front of the stage on the RIGHT if looking at stage. Accessible via Platinum Shuttle Stop or from GA viewing.
Burl Stage
Front-of-stage – a designated area near the front of the stage on the LEFT if looking at stage. Accessible via Platinum Shuttle Stop or from GA viewing.
*All viewing areas are limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. With the exception of ADA viewing, no chairs are allowed in viewing areas.
Golf Cart Transportation
Why walk when you can ride? Take advantage of your Platinum perk of shuttle transport between stages! Look for the "Platinum Shuttle Stop" signs. The Platinum shuttles will take you to and from the following locations:
